This position is responsible for assisting customers and providing them with the best experience possible.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a sports and/or hospitalility environment and be able to work independently as well as with a team.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Provide customers with the best experience possible.
Be friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable.
Follow all safety policies and procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Maintain a high level of customer service.
Assist other departments when needed.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must be able to work on your feet for several hours at a time.
Be able to work in all weather conditions and on any type of terrain.
Complete all tasks assigned by your supervisor.
Follow all company policies and procedures.
Be reliable and punctual.
Be able to communicate effectively with customers, other employees, and customers.
Have good problem solving skills.
Be able to read and follow instructions in English.
Have knowledge of the products we sell, including paint, brushes, equipment, etc.
