Summary:
The key responsibilities of this position center around the care and maintenance of all animals by performing the essential duties listed below.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Implement infrastructure projects with other teammates to secure successful outcome Support with farm projects and repairs as needed Mowing, weed eating, landscaping as needed Barn care and cleanliness Daily animal feeding, grazing Livestock training assistance Handling animals for events REQUIRED CHARACTER QUALITIES:
Hardworking and enjoys working outdoors in all weather conditions Strong character with integrity Represent the Summerfield Farms brand well Proactive, Self-starter and highly motivated Strong communication skills Patient and attentive Reliable Good at taking and giving direction Strong leadership and management skills Aptitude for common sense Great attitude Team-oriented PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
